Are adult DVD movie purchases used or brand-new?
We only sell brand new, never before viewed DVDs. They are shrink wrapped and in the original packaging as we received them from the studio.

Do you sell original adult DVDs or are they reconditioned or used DVDs?
All of our DVDs are the original discs from the studio and we will not sell copies of highly questionable origin and quality. However, due to the age of some titles or the policies of the studios themselves, it is possible that the movie has been produced on a DVD-R. All Blu-Ray players and most newer DVD players will play DVD-R discs, but some DVD players can not. Please check to ensure that your DVD player can play back DVD-R discs before purchasing a DVD-R title. WhackyDVD.com assures you that if you receive a DVD-R copy, it is in fact directly manufactured by the studio and is not a pirated copy.

What if I bought an adult DVD and it doesn’t play properly?
Should you receive a DVD purchase that is defective, WhackyDVD offers a 14 day exchange policy from the date that your order is received. Please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@WhackyDVD.com ahead of time detailing your problem to obtain an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender unopened.

Why don't certain features of your website work in AOL?
Some customers using AOL's web browser may encounter abnormal website behavior. These issues are not exclusive to our website and are due to compatibility issues with the AOL web browser not experienced with other popular industry standard browsers available today.
